What is a Gbox?
A Gbox is a 3D-printed tool designed to help you fill multiple king-size cones quickly and cleanly. Available in G5, G10, G50, and G100. There’s one for every level of prep.
 

What size cones does it work with?
All Gboxes are designed for standard king-size pre-rolled cones. 
 

Where are the products made?
Each Gbox is designed and 3D printed in South Africa, by Giovanna - the creator behind 3D Green.
 

What material are the Gboxes made from?

Your Gbox is 3D printed using eco-friendly PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based plastic made from corn starch or sugarcane. It’s biodegradable under the right conditions, but strong and durable for everyday use.

What’s the shelf life of a Gbox?
With proper care, your Gbox can last for 10 to 15+ years. It’s designed to be reused again and again, but like all good things, it’s happiest in a cool, dry place.

Does PLA break down easily?
Not really! While PLA is technically biodegradable, it needs very hot, industrial composting conditions to break down. At home, your Gbox won’t just disappear — it’ll stick around for years (unless you leave it in the sun or treat it like a chew toy).

What can damage my Gbox over time?

• Direct sunlight (UV light can cause brittleness)

• Heat above 60°C (it may soften or warp)

• Excess moisture (can weaken the surface slightly over time)

• Curious pets (true story)

How can I make it last longer?
Easy! Store it indoors, out of the sun, and away from extreme heat. Your Gbox doesn’t need much, just a comfy little shelf or drawer to rest in between rolls.

 

How do I clean my Gbox?
Use a soft brush to gently sweep out any leftover material. Avoid water or heat, these are not dishwasher safe and should be stored dry.
 

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3-4 business days. Nationwide delivery takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location.
 

Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! We accept returns within 14 days if your Gbox is unused, damaged, or not what you expected. Email us at sales@3dgreen.co.za to start the process.

Each Gbox may have small surface variations, minor imperfections, or visible layer lines. These are totally normal for 3D-printed products and do not affect the performance of your Gbox.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, some edges or corners may feel slightly rough or sharp. Please check your Gbox before use and handle it with care.

Our Gboxes are designed for adult use only. They are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children.
